Kelly Shaffer
Ms. Shaffer received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona where she received a full tuition scholarship. Ms. Shaffer graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Honors College. Ms. Shaffer then went on to law school and received her Juris Doctor at the University of Arizona in Tucson where she also received a scholarship. Ms. Shaffer volunteered for the Domestic Violence Program and Southern Arizona Legal Aid during her time in law school. During law school, Ms. Shaffer was selected as a judicial law clerk focusing on family law matters where she gained valuable experience from the judicial perspective.
Ms. Shaffer focuses her practice entirely on family law issues. She maintains membership in the San Diego County Bar and the American Bar Association. Ms. Shaffer prides herself on relentless advocacy of every one of her clients in every family law matter.
Andrea Kraffert
Andrea Kraffert received her undergraduate degree in Economics from University of San Diego in 1994. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctrate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 1997. Since opening the firm of Kraffert & Shaffer LLP in 2000, Ms. Kraffert has been invited to participate in the FindLaw Advisory Board to provide insight into ongoing professional family law programs. Ms. Kraffert also serves as a settlement judge appointed by the San Diego County family courts to assist in settling family law matters.
Ms. Kraffert dedicates her practice of law to family law matters. Her experience and devotion to assisting people in this unique area of law is reflected in the satisfaction of hundreds of clients over the years.
